The "Load & Save" button FormMain_ButtonLoadSave.jpg (2068 bytes) opens a window which is divided into two sections:

The left-hand section contains icons representing sources from which a model's image can be loaded. You can load the image from the following sources: graphic file FormLoadSave_ButtonLoadImage.jpg (1584 bytes), previous work saved on the disk FormLoadSave_ButtonLoadWork.jpg (1722 bytes), clipboard FormLoadSave_ButtonLoadClipboard.jpg (1657 bytes), digital camera FormLoadSave_ButtonLoadCamera.jpg (1262 bytes) or TWAIN source (e.g. scanner) FormLoadSave_ButtonLoadTwain.jpg (1450 bytes).

The right-hand section contains icons showing options for saving the contents of the desktop. You can save the content as a graphic file on disk FormLoadSave_ButtonSaveImage.jpg (1560 bytes), as work in progress FormLoadSave_ButtonSaveWork.jpg (1720 bytes), or copy it to the clipboard FormLoadSave_ButtonSaveClipboard.jpg (1636 bytes). You also have the option of sending the content of the desktop via e-mail either as an image FormLoadSave_ButtonSendImage.jpg (1730 bytes) or as a work FormLoadSave_ButtonSendWork.jpg (1818 bytes).
